How to prepare YAM BALLS
Have you ever being in a position where you have too much yam(boiled or raw) and you don’t feel like eating it ? Now I will show you a way to make yam delightful, very tasy and highly nutritious.
A tuber of yam(any amount works)
Grounded or minced Meat
Peel the yam and cut into small pieces
Rinse and boil with enough water
When it is well done,drain and mash.
Add the grinded meat,onion,pepper,spices and salt yo the mashed yam, together with the beaten egg .
Mix very well and mould into balls of any size.
Deep it into the remaining beaten egg(for final binding).
Roll into the bread crumbs and fry(the same way you fry buns) until its golden.
